The Emerald Mountain Community Clubhouse offers a variety of amenities for your special occasion including a beautiful stone fireplace, a full kitchen, restrooms, wrap-around porch, a large yard area and a deck overlooking several sections of the community. The neighborhood playground is also easily accessible from the clubhouse.
The clubhouse is available for rental by both residents and non-residents. Those wishing to rent the clubhouse should contact Dondra Houlditch of Steward Services at 657-0822 or by e-mail at board@emeraldmountainhoa.org.

Pre-rental appointments are required in order to review the rental agreements, security instructions and cleaning checklist. Pre-rental appointments are available by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Rates are as follows (Please call for pricing on Weddings and Large Events):
Resident
Half-Day (< 6 hours) is $85
Whole-Day (> 6 hours) is $165
Non-Resident
Half-Day is $200
Whole-Day is $300
