HOA Board Nominations and Meeting
     The Management Board consists of four officers; President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, four other board members and one alternate.   Each board member is committed to a three year term and officers are elected annually by the Management Board.
     Nominations must be submitted by January 10, 2010.   Nomination forms can be found by clicking here.   Nominees may be posted online and nominees may request a mailing list of residents to solicit their votes.
     The election will be held at the January 12th Homeowners Association meeting.   All homeowners in good standing with their HOA dues and without current covenant violations are allowed to vote.   Only one vote per household and you must be present to vote.  An absentee voting day may be established if you are unable to attend the January 12th HOA meeting.  That information will be forthcoming.
